I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a review of my recent account suspension due to the use of unauthorized bots in the game. I deeply regret my actions and would like to explain the circumstances that led to this violation.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for using the gym bot. I understand that this behavior is against the game's rules and undermines the integrity of the community. I take full responsibility for my actions and am truly sorry for any negative impact they may have had.
The reason I resorted to using the bot was due to some significant out-of-character (OOC) issues I have been facing. Recently, I have been under considerable stress due to personal matters and work-related challenges. These pressures made it difficult for me to keep up with the game's demanding missions and activities. In a moment of poor judgment, I decided to use the bot to cope with the situation, mistakenly believing it would help me manage my time and stress better.
I kindly ask you to consider my situation and reduce my punishment. If it is not possible to fully unban me at this time, I would appreciate any reduction in the penalty period. I am committed to following all rules and guidelines moving forward to demonstrate my dedication to fair play.
