Life Story:
Frederick Finklenuts was born and raised on the rough streets of Jacksonville, Florida. His parents were both members of the local police department. Unlike his parents, Frederick’s brother was involved in a gang that was located a few blocks away from his house. Frederick’s brother taught him how to keep his composure in countless situations, and how to properly use firearms. One day, his brother was tragically lost in a firefight against the Jacksonville Police Department. Frederick lost his temper at his parents, and blamed them for the cause of his brother’s death. He ran away and got involved with crime on the streets. One day, he gained enough money to get a flight to a new city. He decided to start a new journey in Los Santos. After finding a family, he joined the Government to try to locate his parents, because he felt terrible for what he did. He was later informed that his parents were found, and they were on a flight to Los Santos. He later found out that they died in a plane crash on the way to see him. He felt terrible, but decided to honor their legacy by joining the Los Santos Police Department. However, he wouldn’t let the skills that his brother taught him go to waste.
Career Story:
Frederick Finklenuts was starting to be well recognized in LSPD, as well as throughout all of Los Santos. He was recognized by others as the “Rising Star” of LSPD, due to his awareness, and his amazing skill with a firearm. This was also noticed by gangs throughout the city. While on a ghetto patrol, he was secretly abducted by the Families gang, and was told to join or he would lose his life. He ended up agreeing to join the Families. Shortly, he became one of the most respectable, skilled, and notorious criminals throughout the city. However, he did not support the cruelty that his gang put on to others. They would rob people who were just trying to start a new life in the city. He had enough. One night, he snuck out of the headquarters and was never seen again. He served a short time in the Emergency Medical Services, but that was not a good fit, as he was not skilled in the medical field. He decided to join the Los Santos Police Department to put an end to the cruelty and crime within the city. However, he still kept connections from his friends in Families. He had a decision to make. Would he follow his parent's legacy, or would he use the teachings of his brother to his advantage. Remembering the connections made from members of his former gang, the Families, he decided that he could do both. He decided that he would profit greatly by becoming a corrupt cop.
Outcomes:
1. Frederick can take bribes to release suspects in custody. (up to 100k as well as guns, ammunition, and other illegal items)
2. Frederick can use interrogation strategies, including the truth serum, to get information from other players. (using the /try command twice per situation)
3. Frederick can search and find hidden bodycams and radios, and can destroy them if found. (using the /try command twice per situation, as well as the /Do command)
4. Frederick can lie about the request of lawyers and can refuse to identify himself.
5. Frederick can participate in different illegal activities with his family, including robberies and other related events.
6. Due to his temper, Frederick can make up charges on others if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (nothing to severe and within sufficient RP rules)
7. Frederick can release his friends and family members from custody, and can aid them in escaping as well.
8. Frederick can frighten and disrespect others, as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
