2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to become the leader of Ballas because I was a leader of Vagos once and learned a lot at that time but unforntly at that time I had a lot of stress in my real life so I was forced to go disband to focus on my real life problems and now while I have the time I want to become a leader again to but my experience in work.
- I got told by my creators in my term that I had very strong and good team for turfs. That is why I will counties and get a better team for turf and fight other gangs for it and hopefully will get 100% turf.
- I chose to apply for Ballas because I used to be a deputy in this org and had a lot of memories inside it. I want to make it one of the most powerful, non-toxic gangs in the city and I believe I can make that happen by working with the most powerful families in the city and make a deal with them to get good numbers.
- Ballas gang is where I had the most fun time in the last two-term by Clement and Tosan Ashh and I'm planning to make it more enjoyable to participate in.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- As I had it in my last term I made my members use the radio for the important stuff only and made it as professionally as possible it was the same with meeting points for events. I noticed in some gangs they will spam mp for events which made the members more and more pissed off and that made them leave the gang. I will not tolerate people spamming mps and using FL in radio/ rp radio.
- From the last term until today I got to know a lot of people and families who like me and will support me at any time that is why I will use it to get more numbers and activities.
- For ranks, I will give hc to those who deserve it and have a lot of experience in the server.
- I will work with other gangs and leos to do good rp and make better situations and experiences.
