Hello Admins, I was exploring the new summer event and i was mining and suddenly i got disconected and got banned, I am not using any kind of softwares or redux . Thank you please check on this issue.
I ALREADY POSTED FORUM ON THIS BUT I DIDN'T GOT ANY RESPONSE ITS ALREADY 72HOURS

And I wasn't able to attend and enjoy summer event I even lost my gc also It would be great if you give me compensation
