after the admin saw the rulebreak ( RDM ) he punished the player with a demorgan instead of a warn until another admin saw the situation and punished him correctly, after that player 117841 was insulting while the situation was OOC infront of the admin and also breaking GR 5.2 , the admin also didn't punish him after that player 155490 did RDM literally infront of the admin who didn't react to any of these rulebreaks.

Administrator will be punished and player who did GR 3.1 (OOC insult) will be punished
Update: 155490 will be punished for shooting during admin situation
