Hello dear admin i got banned for G.R 6.17 because of the family war i entered yesterday. the pov i used was recorded by XBOX gamebar (windows default screen recorder) because i didn't realise it didn't capture overlays. i guarantee that i used the default settings of the recorder, i am also willing to do a computer check to make sure the settings are default and i guarantee that next time i will use another software with overlays. Please lift my ban. i am waiting for a positive response. you are a good admin and i didn't get any ban every time i posted pov to complain about players on the software, why did i get a ban this time.
