1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.I wanna be leader becuase it will be the best org for me to start my leadership journey in city.and it will be a great terms for me and for soldiers we will get some more knowledge in grand rp.
2.I have been an leo for 25 terms and i was in ng for 8 terms I reached the position of MAJOR GENERAL it's been a long time serving the National Guard i give them my life for the city and for the ng.
3.i got experince from my leaders friends like :Rodrego and Gepna Minna.I have knowledge to take ng and sure to offer good bonuses for soldiers that will work hard and make the orginzation active,More then the others terms.
3. My advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1.I will try to make soldier do daily shoting practice in NG arena, also we will try do once in a week parade which will be shown to Citizens with help of LI.
2. I will try my best to make maximum numbers in every Event. also try to make NG toxicity free.
3.I will do regular check my self on every department i will make and make it work properly.
4.I will also make my bois ready to delivery ammo, do ammo run at any time for other orgs if they needed urgently. etc
