Dear Mazhor,

I was banned for cheats without actually cheating or receiving a PC check. I have undergone 7 PC checks, and no cheats have ever been found on my PC. I believe I was unjustly banned.
I don't really understand my punishment for cheating (Twink), because I was punished for bug abuse on my main account, and since I didn't cheat on Grand, I don't really understand my punishment since I didn't even undergo a PC check.

I respectfully ask for an explanation of the situation and an opportunity to present my case.
