Life Story: Kyan was born in Texas to a poor family. His father was a Janitor for LSPD and his mother a EMS worker. When Kyan was only 10 his parents were murdered in front of him by bloods gang members during a hostage situation. Kyan had to turn to the streets and gangs to make enough money to survive without parents. There he learned the skills to shoot many guns, steal cars, rob people, and even take hostages. He kept doing this until he turned 18. Despite all odds Kyan graduated high school and decided to attend community college. From there, he decided to get off the streets and turn his life around. After that, he joined the Police Academy. Once he graduated he decided to move to Los Santos and follow his father’s footsteps as a policeman for LSPD.
Career Story: As soon as Kyan passed the police academy and got a official badge as a Patrol Officer, he decided to join Traffic Enforcement. Kyan quickly got to work by fining and towing all cars he could find. As Kyan gained more experience within LSPD he decided to join SWAT aswell as IA. During his time in SWAT, he learned new tactics and gained many friends. In IA, Kyan was always doing activity and logs checks when asked, doing these, he kept LSPD as clean and safe as possible. As Kyan continued to tow and fine, he got offered the COS of Traffic Enforcement position. From there, Kyan wasnt looking back to the streets or gangs, he was commited to keeping the streets clean and safe from criminals. Kyan also decided to donate money to the people in need, to keep them off of the filthy streets. From Government to gang, every place he looks he saw corruption and money.
Outcomes:
1- Kyan is capable of using torture or interrogation, resorting to the harshest methods if required.
2- Kyan can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do commands (2 times per situation)
3- Kyan can take 10-15s to a undisclosed location and rob them. (Up to 100k and guns)
4- Kyan can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
5- Kyan can off-road in any SUV or 4 Door vehicle. (RP driving, no rule breaks).
6- Kyan can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (with sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
7- Kyan can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
8- Kyan can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
9- Kyan is allowed to remove stars/clear background from friends and family members and add stars to people he dislikes.
