Greetings!
I am shocked to know that i have been banned from the server for literally doing nothing. When i asked the banning admin about it. He told me i got banned because of Family name as i am the Owner of the family. I took permission from admins before using that names in CONTACT ADMINISTRATION and matter of fact i was also given APPROVAL on that. I will CHANGE the family name ASAP!
Kindly REVOKE my ban or decrease the duration cause we also applied for UNOFF FAM and no issue came even at that time.

ADDITIONAL INFO you are literally making 1 side Decision without hearing and understanding it from my perspective a thing i asked your staff ingame in CONTACT ADMINISTRATION even the chat stays there im banned for no reason why should i bear ban for something i didnt did on purpose when it was approved by your own server staff. Im not liable for this ban cause i have businesses houses and stuff that i dont want to lose just because of your own staff mistake so either revoke the ban or reduce the duration. And please dont write me a 1 word answer i want an explanation from you as its your duty so make your decision wisely . Thanks!
