Milian Hardy a 24 year old Azerbaijany national, was born and raised in the city of Los Santos, San Andreas. Growing up in a city with crime, corruption, and poverty, Milian had witnessed the struggles of the common man from an early age, growing up in poverty was heartbreaking for him.
Milian had a fiery determination to overcome the tangled web of corruption that engulfed his city. Unlike many who succumb to life's hardships and give up with a strong moral compass and a desire to make a difference, Milian joined the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) in hopes of clearing the streets and restoring justice.
Milian, who quickly rose through the ranks in the division, worked for the FIB for a while and returned to the LSPD. Continuing to rise rapidly, Milian first rose to the rank of Special Weapons and Tactics Watch Commander (SWAT) and did great work. During this time, he also served in the Bureau of Investigation at the LSPD, where he did well and continued his path as the new rank of Divsion Commander.
As time passed, Milian began to witness the truth, his eyes began to open as the police became more and more immersed in the department.
That day came when Milian had to choose between either resisting corruption or submitting to it.The power and wealth offered to him fueled his ambition and slowly in dubious ways, he began to accumulate wealth and turned a blind eye to illegal activities.
Milian has been successful in various areas of his business. His strong leadership skills have made him a favorite among his peers.
Despite his successes within the LSPD, Milian's temper issues and aggression often got the better of him. In certain situations, he would resort to violence and brutality, further tarnishing the already compromised reputation of the police department.
It remains to be seen whether he will surrender completely to the darkness on his journey to fight corruption, or whether he will find the strength to save himself and bring real justice to a city in desperately need it.
Outcome:
1-Milian can lie about requesting an attorney, or deny one.
2-Milian can use any gun available, legal or illegal, on duty or off duty (not org weapons).
3-Milian can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /do destroys it , 2 times per situation).
4-Milian can go to Ghetto Off-Duty and kill/shoot anyone for his own profits or his friends and can rob anyone with family members (No fight/rob against LEOs)
5-Milian has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
5-Milian can use truth serum on suspect for get true information. ( /try 2 times per situation ).
7-Milian can remove/reduce stars from criminals/friends for a reasonable bribe upto 100k.
8-Milian believes that the system is not enough to make people better and sees it as biased, so Milian can; detain (up to 25 min), torture and interrogate anyone (following server rules and with RP reason).
9-Milian can refuse to show his identity by lying and using a skill to keep his identity a secret.
10-Milian may break any prisoner out of the DOC utilizing the darknet.(1 per day)
