Hello admin

I was doing the new event when gold mountain appeared and in croudy area my laptop start laging so at that time my connection was lost and when I restart my ip got banned by Napal Fedorov for anticheat 1011 , but I never used any anticheat software . Please help me to unban my account. it is a false ban.
