Hello dear Admins,
I am doing this forum regarding a Trooper i had in SAHP who has taken things from IC to OOC,
As it first started when we realized that he wasn't active as we requested Activity Check, but in return he disrespected my CoS of IA.
My CoS of HR strikes him for Insulting, as he was upset from this decision he decided to Threaten my CoS in Arabic but in DM's as to what lead him to be kicked and blacklisted.
I've approved of blacklist as i made it clear to my CoS of IA to tell him that i wouldn't want such toxicity in my term as he was thinking i was okay with such a behavior.
He then enters my DM and starts to Insult and be disrespectful and mention unnecessary things.
In this Forum ill be providing the Screenshots of the chat that Ive received and was given in order.
I did want to solve this IC by doing global black list but as from what i understand its OOC now due to his disrepesct ive decided to post a forum about it.
