2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to lead a gang where members not only have fun, but also build long lasting memories and friendships , that will continue even after my term. I want to give my members the most thrilling and exciting experience I think this will help me creating a powerful togetherness within the organization.
- Another reason, why I want to be a leader of a gang is giving everyone a fair chance to prove themselves, ensuring that no one gets left behind. This way I am sure that every gang members can contribute to the organization. I will also have great deputies that love their job and do the best for the gang. All of them will be from different timezones so there is always going to be someone in charge.
- Last but not least I want to be leader, because I want to have a great roleplaying experience, while making sure that my members do the same. Also I think that I have what it takes to be a great leader. I've been deputy in gangs multiple times in other cities and I think that I can handle an organization with no problems.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization:
-To keep members engaged and motivated, I will ensure that promotions are based on merit and capability. Recognizing and rewarding effort and skill will prevent my members from feeling left out and I think that this will keep them motivated.
-I also understand that just receiving the hourly pay check or the graffiti bonus is not enough, so I will give my members a bonus every time when it's possible.
-I think having deputies from different time zones can help the gang a lot. That means the gang will have someone to lead them 7/24 and always can do store/gun store robberies and other.
