Rejected Admin team corruption

Dear Mazhor, I was an admin a long time ago. I got kicked from the admin team because I was playing on my twink account and wanted to join EMS. They said to me to join the discord call so we can ask you rules and stuff. I said I am an admin on another account but ignore that I am not special, treat me like everybody else. After a few hours, I got kicked from the admin team because of that. Then I continued with my RP life. I tried applying again for the admin position and they rejected me once not twice they rejected me 5-6 times and every time I wrote a different application. For example, admin Shomy McQueen was kicked 2 times and he's admin again, admin 4 to be exact. Its not fair from their side. I never got banned, I was in jail for PG a few times but that does not disqualify me for the admin position.

Chief admin can decide who gonna be in his team and who not. Same IRL example, you will come to any job and will demand to hire you?​
