A- The journey towards envisioning myself at the helm of NG has been both exhilarating and intimidating. It began as a distant dream, but through my tenure alongside dedicated colleagues and under the stewardship of exemplary leaders, my perspective shifted.
Leadership, I realized, is not confined to a title or the mere act of delegating tasks. It is about being the catalyst that propels the organization forward, a role that demands both initiative and a deep respect for every member of the team, regardless of their status.
Having served as the Lt General and within the high command for five terms, I’ve come to deeply understand and value the organization’s ethos. It is with this profound insight and reverence for NG’s distinguished legacy that I am eager to assume the role of leadership, guiding this esteemed organization to new heights of excellence.

In my leadership, I will make sure that gates are always being attended and that all the LEO organization have their warehouse pretty much filled all the time.
With a well-implemented bonus system, I will make sure that none of my soldiers feels underpaid or exploited. I will make sure that our numbers are high in terms of any IC/OOC events like Store Robbery, Aircraft Carrier Defense, Subs, Hostage Situation, etc. If I get the leadership my goal would be to assign ranks based on their experience, quality of Role Play and not just because they are my friends.

By maintaining good relations with other organizations, I will make sure to conduct joint operations in order to promote immersive roleplaying scenarios!
To fulfill my dream and get NG as one of the top-tier immersive role-playing organizations, I have plans to potentially collaborate with Life Invader to hold public events (Like Air Shows, Car shows, Military marches, and many more!
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the Organization.
• Mandatory 3 Phase training to all officers who join irrespective of their previous experience to ensure RP is properly followed
• Weekly Joint training session of all departments.
• Dedicated bonus system - instead of division bonus the management team will give individual bonuses for deserving people only.
• Good communication between divisions as only we as a whole can make NG function properly.
• Allowing Base patrols to be done on cars and by air force in working hours with no cool down to have proper surveillance Bonus including patrols will be different
• Having strict action for any sign of rebellion towards the safety of our beloved city which will enhance the experience and also to conduct proper and routine searches towards the backgrounds of soldiers.
• Interactive and fun RP events would be hosted to ensure positive work environment throughout the term
