Life Story:
Arthur is a person who always seeks for peace when he was young and he tried to be polite as he can towards others as his parents taught him. He was born in a slum area in Bombay, where his dad was died by a car accident when he was at 16, He then worked as an attender in juice shop where his mentor asks him to seek some job which is more attending or adventures. From there, Taking the advice from his mentor he reached the diverse place now known as Los santos city. At start he struggled to survive in the new place, He came to know that NG is recruiting then he joined the National Guard to protect the nation and its people.
Career Story:
At that time, He tried be seek justice as he moving forward where his investigation lead to the culprit who made a mass religious riot which was clearly made up for political reasons. The politician tried to bribe him but for the seek of the life spared on the riot, for the seek of the families who lost their parents, siblings ,relatives he urge the investigation. Soon enough he was betrayed by his on comrades and was arrested for money laundering and possession of illegal substances. At the time when he was going to the jail, the politician came to him and said "Its just a beginning". When he was in jail, he came to know that his mentor was committed suicide. He was allowed to see his mentor for the last time he then realized that this was not a suicide its clearly a murder which later framed as suicide due to the influence and power in politics. The days passed like a blink of an eye he came to the realization that Nothing ever goes as planned in this accursed world. The longer you live, the more you realize that the only things that truly exist in this reality are merely pain, suffering and futility. Arthur who seeks for justice now become who serves the justice as a Bad cop.
Outcome:
1) Arthur can use truth serum on suspects to gain the truth.
2) Arthur can kidnap, rob or kill in secluded areas - applies to criminals or people trying to tarnish his image or the image of NG (Following gen 6.16)
