2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have gained a lot of experiences in legal organizations as their HC like FIB, LSPD, SAHP and NG in city 1 and as well as city 3. Most of the time i was in a single legal org was NG, i have gained all knowledges about events, ammo run etc.
- So basically, i thought now its my time to show my leadership skill by become the General of NG. I want to bring more professionalism to the role and run the NG more like a actual military where rank titles are used and the roleplay aspect is further explored so members more embody their characters, their roles and learn the elements of leadership, respect and dedication.
- I will try my 100 percent to make NG interesting as much as possible. We will have a department Publlic Relation in which we will host events with a great prize pool.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- City Patrols :- I have seen peoples saying that NG is boring just standing at gates and doing gate keeping etc. So to avoid this we will start doing city patrols in which we will basically take our convey with a escort to the city and we will do patrolling, If we a got anyone doing crime, we will arrest them and handover to LSPD from these the relation between organization will also increase and when the citizen sees the city patrol of NG they will think to join NG. From which Ng can have good numbers.
- Human Resources:- As this is one of the important department in any organization. I will make sure to active this department as much as possible and do mass recruitment twice per day. I will make sure that the military police IA is working properly in the organization so that our NG soldier should not break any rules in worder to get org warning
