- At First NG Is a ORG Which I Had Been Most I Was In 4-6 Terms On NG. Collaborative culture where soldeiers are encouraged to work together, share knowledge, and support each other and achieving there common goals.
- As a leader, I Will respectful behavior to my members interactions with everyone in the organization. My actions will set the tone for others to follow. i also seeen my past terms of leaders cannot make term succesfull or cannot complete there term, But in my term i will definately get many members in org and family support to make NG on top And My Main goal is complete 30 days in term.
- I Will Have A Black Commondo Department. These Main Work Will Be Be At Gates,Checking All NG Base For Security Also They have to attend store robbery and other events quickly, Also Many Soldiers In NG Dont Know All Things So I WIll Get My Best RR Team For helping them and giving trannings proper.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- NG is a ORG. I will make sure my soldiers use used radio codes. So it will be Easy to Communicate with other ORG members.
- If any my soldier didnt get there proper tranning specially me i will there for helping them, as also i have RR team so I can Trust Them they will do good trannings.
- Ensuring to have enough soldiers from all time zones, especially night time, to avoid inactivity.
- Giving good bonuses to whom who giving there best for org.
- Getting Best LT General & Major General To Make My Term Best.
