- To whom it may concern, I am hoping for some clarification on the ban I received from ENG 1 server recently. Specifically, I received a ban for a period of 7 days. It was initially alleged that I was to receive a warning for FailRP after I mis-clicked my mouse. When I was pleading my case to the admin, I referred to the situation that was unfolding as being 'weird'. This was then taken as a personal affront to the member of staff, who immediately issued a seven day suspension from the game server. Like many others on the server, English is not my first language. However, this is clearly a misunderstanding that I would like the opportunity to clarify and hopefully lead to my ban being uplifted. Again - it is important to note that I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience caused. I look forward to hearing back from you urgently. Kind Regards.
