2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have gained a vast of experiences in city 1 and as well as city 3. Most of the time i was in a single legal org was NG, i have gained all knowledges about events, ammo run etc. According to me now i can lead National Guard as a General and take this organization on it peak form
- i have seen Citizens talking about NG that its just a gate keeping. i will proof them wrong by executing my ideas towards NG like for example we will start doing City Patrols in which we will take our NG armored cars with an escort to city and start patrolling there and when citizen will see that they will probably wanna try those and then they will come to NG to join
- I will give my best to increase relations between other legal organizations. So we can take and give help from each other, for example if we are doing ghetto patrol we can plan it with other legal orgs. and this will also improve the transfers beween the orrgs

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Public Relations: I will be adding a new department in NG named public relation in which we will be host events for citizen with great prize pools in order to increase roleplay in our organization
- I will be keep my focus on MP department and make it active so there will be no rule breaking in order prevent org warnings, to keep all my soldiers professional. we will make our strike system very strict
- Human Resources: - As this is one of the important departments in any organization. I will make sure to active this department as much as possible and do mass recruitment twice per day. So that when ever we go for an event our NG number should be good numbers
