The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Citizens will start at the 1st location (LSPD HQ) where the starting line is. They will have to run to the Bus Depot where a scooter (faggio sport) will be waiting for them.
With the faggio sport, they will have to reach the 2nd location (Casino Parking). At this second location, an ATV (Blazer) will be waiting for them. With the Blazer, they will have to reach the 3rd location (SH Hospital), which will be the finish line of the race. The top 3 players who reach the finish line first will win a prize.

Rules of the event:
Car ramming is not allowed.
VDM is not allowed.
