The leader of Misfits in the United States of America is Casper Hayes, born in 2000. Misfits are group of orphans that grew up in the same group home as kids. They grew up in New York. One of Casper's high school friends moves into a city full of crime, Detroit, Michigan. After high school Casper was still in contact with his friend and they decided to meet up. Casper's friend was a gang member, and explains to Casper how he does all these illegal activates and make money. He takes Casper with him for a drug deal and gives him half of the money he earnt. Looking at just how much money Casper made in no time, he decides to join their gang. Soon enough Casper was in all sort of crimes, dealing drugs, supplying weapons, and was part of more illegal activates. While Casper was a part of these illegal activities the kids whom he grew up with also decide to join him. They decide to make their own gang and later this gang was in the most wanted list of FIB.

While Casper and his gang were growing they find a client who used to supply drugs in Los Santos. They decide to dig deep into this and find out that there's a huge opportunity to expand their business and have more clients which would lead to more profit.
The business that the gang's mainly interested in is contract hostage capture, raiding drug labs of other families, taking over illegal businesses, and drug trafficking.
Hostage capture can be considered contracted if We are doing a simple package delivery to another org or family ( charging 50-75k), or it can be for our own agenda if We have some higher purpose (often or most of the time store and gun store robbery) .
The gangs primary strategy is to avoid shootouts and bloodshed when taking hostages. Our first approach is to try to box in any sort of vehicle for easy getaway or simply heavily outnumber our target and have them surrender in front of us. We never take hostages from inside the Green Zone.
