Rejected CR (Car Ramming) Not Letting Do Jobs Need To Improve Police System

I been playing Grand rp since almost a week and car ramming is likely to a big problem for me and I guess for everyone else as well, It didn't matter at all but at the time of doing jobs, work or anything else it matters though and I been car rammed yesterday and finally decided to report that guy.

I have attached the video of car ramming and his ID is also visible in that file.
