2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 I have been ems more then 5 terms and day after day years after increased experience, knowledge , capability, and calmness being outcomed me as perfect candidate for EMS Chief , Also like to mention that with citizen support with me being Leader i will try to educate communicate and create a wornderful and most active org of the city. I have strong commitment over my words and i never stay a place where my citizen and workers where not get value that why i will create a envoirment that make all EMS employees happy. I hope that i deliver a positive impact to people of los santos.

2.2 I will play vital role in ensure Corruption free org with zero influence of any type of gang and other org trying to grab something for thier benefit and im applying for ems due to corrpution, nepotism, family relationship and Favoritism in the org for benefiting thier group of people and we are loosing many professional medics day by day. I promise Creating an EMS department free from corruption and undue influence is one of my main reasons for applying for this leadership position.

2.3 I began carrer with a lab tech employee for the EMS organization in AVI BATRA sir term at the young age of five, and I have given a large time of my life to this organization. I worked as a chemist, doctor, assistant FTO, senior medical professor in the FTO department, dean (HC), head of training (HOT), head of AS (HOAS), and head of MD (HOMD) before lasting up through the ranks over the years. My vast experience has given me a enough understanding of the opportunities, difficulties, and operations of EMS. My experience in these things has given me the information and abilities I need to successfully lead the EMS very well.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1
My goal for improving the EMS organization's efficiency is very clear. I got the regrettable event that resulted in the dissolution of the organization, my prior experience as Chief. My goals is to increase EMS's investigation procedures, raise event participation from EMS, Hire more employees, train them good so that they can handle more pressure if org needed that. Implementation of IA division with neutral decision making ability formation.

3.2 With my broad expertise i will look every single HC and tell them to increate and motivate them to mange employees and lobby well. I will also make AR department active so that Far people which are more far from Basic medical facility can be given Emergency treatments. I have also plan to make set of some Camps in which we will provide Medicine and Medical care Except Medikits outshore so that we can link all State at a similar level.

3.3 As we reach our distribution we should not forgot about leaving lobby empty issue we will take this issue seriously this time and try to gets lobby assianed early and take chances of lobby empty decrease. Also our labtech department getting ignored in education, quality of goods and supply. We need to get them sorted as well and with few adjustment in labtech i hope that it will get sorted. Also We will increase our supply of Humane labs to get them refill asap.

3.4 As i mentioned above we will setting up cams via camps we will educate our citizens about day to day Medical Care, how you can get yourself self healed , what to eat what not to eat etc. this way we can decrese our rate of patient and patient load on hospital.Lets talk about AS (AMBULANCE Service) they will now Continues patrol to help citizen increasing number of Fleet will cover 50 to 60% of city area that means that eventfully 3/5 will be assisted with EMS care.
