   a. The main reason I want to lead the National Guard is because it’s basically the backbone of all state organizations. We supply ammunition and conduct ammo runs for other state orgs, ensuring they have what they need to operate effectively. This crucial role means we have a significant impact on the city's overall security and functionality, and I want to make sure we perform this role to the highest standard.
   b. If I become the leader, my main goal is to keep our activity levels high and make sure everyone is engaged. I'll set up structured training and development programs to keep our skills sharp. I believe a strong, active team is crucial for our success, and I'll work hard to keep everyone motivated and ready for action.
   c. I also want to improve our relationships with other organizations to create more fun and immersive RolePlay experiences. By working together on missions and training exercises, we can make the city feel more alive and exciting for everyone.    • Bonus System: We'll start a bonus system that recognizes individual efforts. This will motivate everyone to do their best and feel appreciated.
   • Security: We'll tighten up security with more patrols and better surveillance. This will keep our base and the city safer.
