Life Story: Louis Perfect, born in Los Santos, was very good in his school days. He got good marks and got selected for a Police Officer, where he got in a company of bad cops. He secretly negotiated with them and introduced his own secret business "LP Drug Company". He secretly did illegal drug business there and was not caught by anyone of his colleagues.
