Rejected wrong information

i called the admin because someone parked his vendor truck in place that doesnt permit but the admin sayed its permit and any one can park in that place
so that place is permit and i asked him if i can park in that place he sayed yes
but when i tryed to park in that place i get kick from the server
so i want to know is that place is permit as admin sayed or not permit as the second admin kicked me ??
