Basically I am USSS Director & he is the other. I just checked the logs of one of my officer about just to enquire him who gave him permission to do doc cover. (Just asked). But, Suspect came to me in my DMs, wrote me abusive words & insulted me in OOC. Since I am his rank-mate, he told me. I want a strict action against him.
