Life Story:
Rust Viper was born on the 13th of May, 2004. Viper grew up in a big city called London and never was the one doing good in school. His dad was never there for him as he was in and out of prison. Viper learned everything he knows from his closest friends and was raised on the streets as his mother was diagnosed with cancer when he was young. Viper wasn't affiliated with any gangs but deep down he thinks he should follow his father's footsteps for some easy cash as his current job isn't paying well. Viper decided to go to college and get his education but doesn't want to work in some 24/7 store or office job as it doesn't fit him. However, Viper had made some other plans that he will try to achieve.
Career Story:
Soon after Viper finished college, he joined the LSPD and got trained to be a police officer. After he completed his training, he became a really good police officer and served the state as a police officer for a long time until Viper's hard work paid off and he got promoted to Commander of Detectives in LSPD. After LSPD got disbanded due to a new leader coming in charge, he applied to LSPD again and was given a quite alright rank. After a week or so, he gets tired of everything due to his psychological problems with his ex-wife's breakup and family problems.

- Viper can use his bribery to lower or remove their cuffs if he is getting paid (up to 100k).
- Viper can do criminal activities as long as he is not on duty and is wearing a mask to cover his identity (kill/robbing with family).
- Viper can sell things at the black market, any sort of weapon/ammunition/body armor as long as they are not from an organization.
- Viper can participate in illegal IC family events.
- Viper can help with prison breaks (passing USB stick/opening door for inmate to get out and activate prison break).
- Viper can pick up illegal weapons from criminals and keep them or sell them.
- Viper can deny a lawyer request or lie that there isn't one available.
- Viper can interrogate people by using truth serum or force if necessary.
