I was driving by a bunch of family members when i realized i got shot for no reason, as you see in the pov when i saw them i slowed down making sure to not hit them and after i got shot i wanted to return and have a talk with them but i got killed instantly. Please also note that they were speaking FL in RP especially 138501 in this case.
