1. I first started playing Grand Rp in 2022 and throughout my 2 years playing this game with breaks in between i can say I've always loved this project no matter all the issues i face along my journey i had the most fun in a long time roleplaying in Grand Roleplay and understanding the nature of roleplaying along with making a name for myself and understanding the server basics.
Over my duration playing in en3 i have reached positions as FIB Director, EMS temp chief along with National Guard General, all giving me extraordinary experiences and enchanting my skills which have helped me in real life as well as Grand RP. I believe the next step for me is to become admin and open my eyes to a whole new world of opportunities and learning possibilities and make my way up the chain on the admin side.
I am also looking forward to assist in the state organizations side as an admin, I have always been favoring the legal side ever since i started playing and most my time being in LEO organizations i see great potential in me helping with running the organization and being a nice friendly curator and playing my part in the administration team.
Most times i am playing in the night time which brought attention to my eyes about the lack of admins at night which made me realize how much my help could assist the project as i see lots of issues at night time whether that's with state side or jus civilians. I believe i can provide support to those who face issues in my time zone and improve their roleplay experience drastically.
2. I am a very organized person and desire a good clean and organized work space which can be helpful to the admin team because organization plays a big part with something as big as administration of a server with more than 800 people actively playing.
-I am very nice and kind and well communicating which i believe is the #1 thing needed from an administrator to the public
-I am very motivated to get work done on time because i like to appreciate my blessings and try my best to do what's given to me to not only show appreciation but to help further more improve the dynamic situation i am in.
3. Some times i am met with lack of confidence as i always want a good impression of my self and don't want to mess up but i am always working on my weaknesses as they build you up and improve you.
-I sometimes take too many risks to reach my goals which is both good and bad as sometimes the risk can affect others around me in a negative way.
-Self criticism is something i see my self struggling with sometimes because if i mess up i intent to go harsh on myself and try to fix the mistake i made because like i mentioned above i always want a good impression of myself and when i even make a slight mistake i can be pretty hard on myself.
4.I will bring activity during the night time of the city for most of my work as an admin because of how i manage my life which means i can provide great support at night when there isn't much admins in city so i can play a big part.
-Being leader of 3 organizations and High command in almost every organization Legal and non legal i find it that i come with lots of experience that can be used to assist in situations and support those who need it.
-I am a very friendly person like I've said above multiple times which is a good thing for an admin because our connection from admin to players play an important part in roleplay and i believe i have what it takes to calmly handle situations to avoid bad endings.

Although some of my leadership technique's haven't been the greatest i have taken time to analyze my mistakes from each term to improve myself making me a better person every time and i believe becoming an admin can give me a chance to prove myself once again as well as drastically improve my skill list.
