Life Story:
Ali was born on October 9th 2000, he was raised on the streets of Rancho, a place in the ghetto, Los Santos, in a poor family facing poverty from the start, when he was just at the age of 15, his parents were brutally murdered infront of his eyes, filled with rage, he wanted to get revenge by making other people suffer to comfort his anxiety and depression, he wanted to make other people suffer to try and find inner peace, but couldn't, but after a while, he started to question himself, did he really find peace this way, he couldn't even find the answer to that question, he tried to break free from his past, but when he thought things got better, he got that urge to go back again, but he was determined to break free from his terrible past, determined to rewrite his life's narrative, at last, he found a woman who guided him, who helped him get out of the dark. She looked after him, and cared for him like his own son, and before he knew it, Ali managed to distance himself from his past with the help of that lady, and set his sights on a new purpose: serving and protecting his community.
Career Story:
At the age of 16, he wanted to break free from his past and help make the city a better place, he felt guilty for making people suffer and thought that helping others not feel the same pain he caused other, will justify his past actions. At first he joined the Los Santos Police Department, and helped make the city a better place for the civilians to live in, he did this for 2 terms and finally found inner peace, he found the answer to his own question. After spending 2 terms in LSPD, he wanted to protect the Blaine county and make the highways safer for civilians as well as for LEOs, joining the SAHP. So far, He has worked in Los Santos Police Department, SAHP and National Guard.
Outcomes:
1- Ali can kidnap, rob or kill in secluded areas (Following gen 6.16)
2- Ali can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still can process them without showing ID or passport.
3- Ali can carry an ID and a portable radio off duty.
4- Ali can put duct tape on people's mouth to prevent them from talking
5- Ali can use the weapons with serial number XXX and enter black market to buy/sell illegal weapons and items.
6- Ali can take bribes (upto 100k) (Not to be a hostage)
7- Ali can break anyone's bodycam by /try to find bodycam (Twice per situation) and /do destroy it.
8- If Ali catches a word of an inspection he can flee.
9- Ali can plant illegal items as evidence on people and arrest them.
