2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I have been in gangs for a long time and I have understood how it works and performs RP, I have been High Command of gangs and I know how to manage them.
I have seen the crime side of the city is very inactive, in my term I will make it a priority to keep the gang active in my absence. Also the activity depends on the deputies as they are the leader of the gang in my absence. I will try to pick active deputies for my gang.
-I have seen a lot of toxicity in organizations, this is very unfortunate to see, me as leader will make it my number one priority to keep 0 toxicity in my gang as leader.
If a gang member is seen violating it they will be instant blacklisted.
-Lastly, I have seen that gangs get warns because of rule breaks, I will make sure that the people we hire are aware of server rules for 0 risk of a punishment for the whole gang. If a member is seen breaking an OOC rule they will be given a warning. If the same member is observed again breaking OOC rules they will be Blacklisted.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-Keep good deputies who knows gang rules and can manage the gang in my absence.
-Make a PROPER rule that listen to HC
-HC will only be given if they almost know all ghetto rules
-0 warns in my term
-0 rules breaks
