2. Why do u want to become the leader of specific organisation. ( Explain with 3 reason?)
→1. I want to become the leader of national guard because I have enough experience in ng to handle the organisation as a leader . I am highcommand experience in all law enforcement organisation. I worked hc in many terms and I learned alot of things so I can handle org easily without any difficultly and I know how it will be active and run . I want to increase ng activities as well as in event like gate keeping, store robbery,acc,subs and many more events etc ,always full wh for other leo org .
2. I have been long and connected with alot of people in city. IF I get the term then my friends , fam members , speciAlly my friends coming from other city to help me in complete my term successful withoUT warn.
3. As a leader I will ensure that all departments do their work correctly and there will be no favouritism for high command rank in the organisation. I will also ensure that all weekly requirement will be complete without any impact.

1. I will ensure that there will be no favouritism and toxicity in the organisation.
2. Hiring newcomers as well as ex soldier ., proper training provided to newcomers so that they get some experience and enjoy by working ng stuff.
3. Always active in all events with good numbers.
4. There will be good bonus system in the organisation.
5. I Will do promotion ceremony once every week.
6. There will be proper strike system in the org.
Strike 1 → verbal warning
Strike 2→ demotion
Strike 3→ blacklisted
7. I will give deputy to different time zone guy so that they can lead solider in absence of me in city.
8. I will communicate to other leo org leaders .
