Subject: Appeal Against Warning and Jail Time
Dear Senior Administration,
I am writing to report an incident that resulted in what I believe is an unjust decision by the administration, specifically by Rifat Whait. I would like to provide a detailed account of the situation and request a review of the actions taken against me.
Situation Description:
While randomly walking in the city, I noticed a police car passing by. At this time, I had a gun in my hand. The police officer in the car seemingly saw the gun and proceeded to ram into me with his vehicle. Following this car ramming (CR), I was immediately placed in code A and sent back to the city. Subsequently, I received a warning and was sentenced to 180 minutes in jail.
Reasons for Appeal:
1. Lack of Role-Play (RP) Situation:** There was no proper RP situation leading up to the incident. The police officer did not engage in any form of RP demands or interaction with me before ramming me with the car.
2. Car Ramming (CR) Violation:** The officer’s action of ramming me with the car seems to be a clear violation of RP rules. Such actions should not be performed without proper RP context and justification.
3. Unfair Punishment:The warning and jail time were issued without considering the lack of RP and the officer’s breach of conduct. I believe I was punished unfairly without a thorough investigation.
Request:
I kindly request the senior administration to review the incident, specifically the actions of the police officer involved. I would like to see the Point of View (POV) footage from the officer to understand what I did wrong, if at all. My goal is to seek justice and ensure that the RP rules are applied fairly and consistently.
