He was in custody, under arrest for multiple charges, he asked for a state lawyer but none came, then he asked for private, on his second call he ran away and combat logged. The reason I was saying "I got him" is because he metagamed with a corrupt SAHP to come and free him from DOC before this and I managed to find him because he went to SAHP HQ.
