The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Leos had a information that there has been Drugs delivered in the ACC base from one of the gangs insider, as the Leos decided that they will race to the ACC the same day of when Gangs decide to get the Drug Shipment and track where its hidden in the base. As for them to reach the base is through a boat that will take them there. Both Leos and gangs will use a boat to race to the base.
If Leos win then they successfully confiscated the Drugs, if Gangs win then they successfully have the won over the drugs they been promised.

Bunta/Ballas/Families
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Weapons : LMG
Vehicles : Speeder2 (Boat)
1x Vest
Admin Requirements:
TP people
Re spawn weapons and the boat
Water transport licenses just in case if not available
Adrenalin's Shots for both sides ( If Possible )
Rules of the event:
No Reviving
Players should only use the guns that is given by admins
No ramming.
No UB driving.
You can shoot if there was people swimming.
Prize for the winner:
250.000 for the winner
