The actual culprit is the other id as you can see in pov i was inside the fence and i didnt did any abuse

There is a feature in game that if u break a thing and go away like 1km the things get back to normal and you just came to the location so in different scenerios the working is different thats why in my scenerio there was no fence and in your there was fence.Conclusion is i didnt did any bug abuse.
