i was bringing the suspect to DOC to process for over-speeding, he was being arrested for going 90kmh over the general limit but the id 108980 took him from me and he let him go without processing him they are were family member or friend (but I can not conform that) and he also did meta gaming by giving the IC information OOC how ID 108980 knows that i was about to process this guy and i am standing outside the DOC .
In the POV 78756 was demanding to release the suspect and he was offering me money and i did not asked for any money but he gave me the money because i handed over the suspect to id 108980. All in POV
