Hello,
First of all, you were not heard giving such a warning in the other party's video. Once the animation started, you could have waited for it to end because it couldn't stop anyway, but you shot at the EMS worker, and I considered this within the GR 6.5 rule.

In this case It's not my fault that the other person didn't hear me because you can see that he heard me in the last seconds of the video so it's not my fault and I did warn him multiple times before he do the animation.
