When I logged in to start my game, I discovered that my account had been stolen. I proceeded to fill out and upload a fourm to report the issue. However, I found out that someone else had already uploaded a fourm from my account before me. Their fourm was to turn off the two-factor authentication for my account, and it was approved.
After this happened, I submitted my own fourm explaining the situation. I received the following response:
"Hello, If something is missing from your account, write to the 'Complaints against the Administration' section of your server. They can help punish the person who did this. But you probably won't be able to get the property back."
I had already posted in the Technical section, so after attempting to log in to the game, I found out that I had been banned from the social club. All I want is to get my account back. Please help me.
