Life Story: Louis Perfect, born in Los Santos was a very good child at initial stage. He was very good at studies & other tasks. He got good marks & got selected as a cop in Los Santos Police Department (LSPD). He worked so hard there & got promoted to High Command. Soon, he became one of the most reputed High Commands in the state of Los Santos. He soon joined Government as USSS Director. But, soon he got in the company of bad officers. With collaboration with them, he opened his drugs company, LP Drugs Agency. He manufactured a lot of drugs there & did illegal business there. He was a corrupt officer there & started to take bribes out from his suspects & all. He now became a corrupt officer and started to took bribes from suspects and other people to add the money in his secret drug business. Till now, his business is one of the top.
Career Story: Currently, Louis is working as Junior Doctor in Emergency Medical Service (EMS). Seriously, he is very hard working employee. Hard working towards his organization & hard working towards his business as well. Since his dream is to become one of the best drug seller in black side of the city, he kills people sometimes or do illegal activities to earn black money to promote his business & fulfill his dream. Although none of his officers till now have the news of the corruption of Louis. Once an employee of his organization got to know about this. But, Louis secretly negotiated with the employee and convinced him. He never in his life did anything bad with children or so. But, with those who are a target of him. The cops, some people. He is now trying to accomplish his dream.
