Rejected Unbad Appeal For GR 1.8

My self Tom Reacher so i'm hear for unban appeal for my friend's account so he got GR 1.8 He don't know about the rules and the transferred the money tho main account from twink and he approched an admin for help the admin said to make a unban appeal and after that he find he's forum account and he got something trouble with he's account he's dosen't know about forum how to use and he find something wrong with he's forum account and he created another forum account and he got the same problem he didn't understand anything and he after that started creating another account and we even don't know about that he created so many account and he faced the same problem when he created the account and now he can't even post an forum so please help him and unban in game we all friends love to play grand rp togather now we can't have fun like we used to have 1 month ago please unban he account in ingame and also look into the problem in he's forum account.
