Neil was born in Vadodara, He used to live with his parents. He loved to listen to music and When he became older, He loved to make conspiracy theories, He also took Karate classes and he was a great Martial Artist and also he had made a strong and muscular body by that time he learned how to counter and combat 2 bad guys at once. He also took Driving courses at a very small age he loved driving off-road.
When he was was 14, His mom and dad had to migrate to Los Santos due to his father being a millionaire many gangsters in Vadodara wanted to kill his father so his father decided that we should shift to Los Santos just to be safe from the gangsters. Neil joined LSPD as his first org and got excellent police training but because of some Internal Affairs reasons LSPD had to disband. After that he joined EMS and got proper Medic training and he always carries 4 medkits and he loves to treat any unconscious Citizen he sees, After that he joined NG and got the Miliatary training and he built his body more muscular and stronger, Also he learned to use all kinds of weapons. Then he left NG and Joined SAHP and got some Highway Patrol training too but later SAHP also got disbanded because of Internal Affairs Reasons and Later he decided to fill the FIB application and Luckily he got accepted and got the training of a Fib agent also he had the miliatary training so he Joined Spec ops and He was a very honorary Agent of FIB but The Family he was in was a Crime family. so, fib got to know that and they told him either Leave FIB or leave your Family And he Decided to leave his family but later he used to remember all the good time he had with his family so he decided to Leave Fib and after that a long time passed and he wasnt in any org yet But later he got to know that the Finest Man in City John marshal got the Leadership of LSPD so he quickly went and talked to the New leader of LSPD and he took Neil in After seeing his State Org experiences.
Due to Neil's Experience in all LEO org he has the most Sharpest eyes, He will try to clean the streets of Los Santos off the Crime, Also Sometimes he has some sympathy for the criminals too. Because, there is a sad story behind every villain. He is willing to take bribes from the criminals or his family members. As Neil is Emotional in Nature He will sometimes get angry when lawyers and witnesses appear out of nowhere and will be Arrogant and will try to kill them too. When he was in Mumbai in school he used to do experiments in Chemistry Practicals so he discovered his version of truth serums and he still knows the formula of the truth serum and often he makes it at home so sometimes it may work or sometimes it may not. He will use it to get info from the Detainees.
Neil used to rob ATMs when he was a teenager in mumbai, And he also used to rob the bullys with his friends and he has a lot of experience in robbing people. And if he finds any weapons or any prohibited items Neil may ask the detainee for it instead of confiscating and passing the items to the government.
