so far as i know u have to wear 51% gang matching colour (2/3) piece of ur clothing during any gang activity and robbing is classified as gang activity and one of them wasnt wearing 51%

When doing any gang activity you must wear 51 percent of your gangs color. Shoes, shirt, pants 2/3 must be your color.​
