ID 55779 was caught speeding by my partner, when he tryed to pull the suspect over the suspect began turning in circles around the entrance of hospital for about 5 minutes making us slow chase him with no intention on roleplaying anything then he lead us to the ghetto where we abandonned the chase and the suspect kept coming back to us and going in circles again not pulling over, not running, not fighting just wasting time cop baiting.
I did not get footage of that but this footage is the aftermath, after i was finished and woke in the hospital. He instantly broke roleplay bringing up what happened in my past life and continued trying to bait me with his gun.
