2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to be leader of this organization because it has a lot of potential and from what I have seen, this criminal organization has not had a good term in a while, and I want to be leader to bring Vagos back on top and make it one of the most active gangs in the city!
I am experienced in gangs and enjoy doing all activities such as taking hostages and robbing stores and also robbing people and it is one the most fun and enjoyable experiences for me and ever since I started doing stuff on the criminal side, I have never been able to let go because all the good memories I made and the good people and friends that I have met.
One of my favorite organizations that I have been apart of within the city is the Vagos gang and have had some great experiences there and I want to remake those experiences and meet more people and be able to make a fun and positive environment for everyone to enjoy and be involved in.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I will make sure that we are always active with doing events such as taking hostages and doing store robberies and doing events that include roleplay between the criminal orgs and the LEO side just hostage situations.
There will be a certain age requirement for people if they want to join because I dont want to allow someone into the org that is very new and has very little to no experience. Even for the people that are new to the gang side, I will make sure that we are teaching them well and that they understand the rules about being in a gang and what things they are and aren't allowed to do.
I just want to be able to make this organization a warm and welcoming spot for everyone and I want to make sure they all feel like the belong here and stay in the org and I will do that by talking to the new org members and getting to know them better and engage in talks and become friends with them!
