I played turf for Families, We played a 5v5 against bloods and won the turf. After they requested a POV from be accusing me of ghost peek. I provided my POV proving it's not a ghost peek, and it still got accepted for ghost peek.

We then made a Capture refutation against Lorena Margiela, because the report was invalid, it was not a ghost peek. She then proceeded to review it herself and deny our capture refutation.

Please get someone who knows how the pvp works to review this and not someone who does not know what the fuck they are doing.

After posting this POV i was sure this was gonna go over because its not a ghost peek even the player who reported it admitted it was not a ghost peek.

Then Lorena Margeila posted this accepting the report for ghost peek

This was unbelievable at the time and I thought it was a mistake, But then boom I was banned in game for 7 days.
After this, we decided to make a capture refutation, Because this was not correct at all.

This again proves that it was not a ghost peek and I should not have been punnished.
After a bit, Loren margeila reviews this complaint that is AGAINST herselfe. I don't see how that can be fair at all. If people would review complaints against themselves, then no report would ever go through. So it makes no sense if she is aible to review this report made against here.

After this i was in disbelieve.
I took it to the capture flood chat and wrote the following.

She then replied telling me to make a forum complaint, so that's why I'm here now.

To further prove my innocent, here is another admin telling me in DM's it's not a ghost peek. And to be clear, this admin is an active turfer and knows all about turfing, so he knows what he's talking about.

Please have an open mind when reviewing this and give the proper treatment. This should never have been accepted, and I have no clue why an admin who does not know shit about turfing is reviewing turf reports...

Hello everyone . Although i am not involved in the turf i would just like to gv my opinion based on my experience its upto admins to take it in consideration but since the player is banned so i would like to gv my opinion.

at the timestamp of 2:04 in the turf we can clearly see that 40275's POV the bullet trace is infront of him while 53410's POV clearlyshows that the particular bullet tagged him so first of all it was a dsync moment happened due to speed boost.

Second i tried recreating the situation and it was observed that id 40275 pVP was with other guy so the camera angle was in such a way where he was not able to see id 53410.But if he was in PVP with 53410 his clothes would be clearly visible(provided the observation was made without using any kind of redux )

So in my opinion it was not Ghost Peak but a Dsync and PVP issue. He got third partied.
I request admins to take this poit into consideration and kindly unban this guy as it was not his mistake .
but its just my opinion .
