- As I Have Leader Experience, I Learn many mistakes in previous leadership in this time i will not repeat again and ill make my term good and without any warns and verbals.
- I have a lot of experience in gangs so i know the best members to keep in my term. I have do many friends to help me and I have good family support with me to make my term the best and most active as possible.
- Due to my experience I can help my gang members I can help them in tasks and guide them properly.And I think I have the potential of becoming a great leader and make a great term.

- Attending max events as possible.

- Helping and teaching the new comers
